黑新宏,男,1976年生,教授,博士生导师,CCF杰出会员,ACM会员,IEEE会员,CCF青工委委员,中国自动化学会网络信息服务专委会委员,中国中文信息学会大数据安全与隐私保护专委会委员。

目前主要的研究方向为安全关键计算机系统、人工智能、大数据及其在轨道交通等系统中的应用。

近年来主持和承担国家重点研发计划任务、国家自然科学基金高铁联合基金、面上项目、青年基金、教育部留学回国人员科研项目、陕西省重点研发计划、陕西省自然科学基金项目、陕西省社会发展攻关计划、铁道部基础研究项目、陕西省留学人员科技活动择优资助项目等20余项省部级以上课题,以及来自中国中车、中国中铁、中国铁建、民航局西北空管局等单位委托横向课题40余项。在国内外学术期刊和国际会议上公开发表学术论文110余篇,其中SCIEI检索90余篇,授权发明专利15项,实用新型专利2项,软件著作权登记40余项。
